This will only affect a few people in the long run, because their window for the third weekly time point has closed. To those of you in that group: don't worry about it, I'll make a note in my records, and your email for the fourth time point will (hopefully!) arrive on Thursday morning and you'll be back on schedule. To the rest of you affected: I'm hoping to get the emails out tonight (or tomorrow at the latest), and it will be important that you complete these surveys as soon as possible so that they are separated from the next time point you'll receive.
I'm very sorry about the hassle and disorganisation, we're getting this fixed as quickly as possible.
